Common

Contains features used throughout the system such as My Views, Facility Schematic, Index Schematic, Support, Reports and the Report Catalog.

Accounting

Generates actuals and accruals COS values (known as cost of sales or cost of goods sold) for batteries, terminals, feeder pipelines, trunk pipelines and refineries. COS is calculated by prorating inventory and transactions on that facility using FIFO, LIFO and Weighted Average accounting methodologies.

Actuals

Contains functions used to document volumes, quality, and tariffs recorded by the facility operator. Shipper Balance actuals are entered using the NOS volumes as a reference. Volumes are manually allocated or Egistix-Oil can allocate the volumes automatically.
