Egistix provides system support in the form of a wiki library and a Request Tracking system. Many questions can be answered using the wiki help library. While requests for additional services, in depth functionality questions, and reporting issues are all managed by Egistix Request Tracker.

Help Documentation

The wiki library is located online, or by clicking on any of the blue ? in the Egistix Suite of Applications.

Request Tracking

Request tracking aims to provide a forum for Egistix customers to document their wish list and to identify any areas where they feel changes should be made, as well as capturing scenarios where the software is not working as expected. We created our request tracking system to manage this communication. Requests are submitted, approved and updated within this module by the Egistix Support team and our clients.
